Lead Data Scientist

You will co-lead an leading team, working amongst exceptional talent (most of which hold Phd’s from top globally ranked Universities) under the guidance of an inspiring thought leader, in your Data Science Director.

You will partner with an extensive portfolio of global brands, so the opportunity to diversify and develop your domain knowledge is huge.

You will coach and inspire your team to deliver a wide variety of data science and AI projects and solutions, leverage advanced statistical programming and modelling skill including forecasting, timeseries and demand forecasting, to enable improved supply chain efficiencies, business performance and customer understanding.

Experience Required:

• Educated to at least master’s degree level in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering etc.
• Advanced programming and modelling skills with Python, working with large and complex data sets to extract insights.
• A background in applied data science within a commercial environment, comfortable with fast paced, growth culture.
• Demonstrable leadership qualities and kills in leafing teams of people and projects, plus the ability to nurture client relationships.
• Ideally experience of working in a client or business facing environment, demonstrable skills in building trust and commercial discourse around leveraging ML and AI to solve real world business problems.
