Product Designer – Agentic AI

Omnis Partners is working exclusively with a venture-backed startup building a platform for the design and deployment of AI agents across blockchain infrastructure.

It’s a highly technical product, deep in systems, automation, and developer tooling with challenging UX and visual design problems to solve.

We’re hiring a Product Designer to take full ownership of the interface and experience. This is a key role at an early stage: defining V1, shipping end-to-end features, and collaborating tightly with engineering to bring clarity to complex workflows.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing user journeys, system interactions, and clean, scalable UIs
• Bringing more visual complexity to the product with depth, layering, and hierarchy
• Working on fintech-style features like dashboards, data visualisation, and developer-facing tools
• Collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, and founders in a small, fast-moving team
• Evolving the design language and building the foundation for future scalability

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of product design experience (B2B SaaS, devtools, or fintech ideal)
• Strong systems thinking
• Proven ability to ship product in early-stage or high-ownership environments
• Bonus: motion design skills or the ability to create short product videos
• Bonus: experience with automation, infrastructure, or developer platforms

The offer:

• £85,000–£95,000 + equity
• Hybrid working (Tues–Thurs in the St Paul’s office)
• Unlimited Annual Leave
