Principal Product Designer – AI Consultancy

Omnis Partners is hiring on behalf of one of the UK’s leading AI consultancies, building complex products that help organisations make critical decisions in fast-changing environments. Their platform brings structure, safety, and insight to how modern teams work with data and machine learning.

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead the UX across a suite of technical tools – used by Engineers, Analysts, and decision-makers alike. This is a senior IC role, where you’ll own strategy, systems, and execution, shaping product direction from early discovery through to launch.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end product design across a data-rich, AI-enabled platform

• Build scalable, intuitive design systems to support long-term product evolution

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to bring clarity to complexity

• Balance big-picture UX thinking with deep attention to interaction and detail

• Help elevate design culture and mentor peers along the way
