Omnis Partners is working with an exciting HealthTech scale-up that is transforming how primary care is delivered across the UK. They have developed a next-generation enterprise SaaS platform that is already being adopted by NHS organisations, helping doctors, clinicians, and GP staff deliver more effective, patient-centred care.

This is a unique opportunity to join as a Product Specialist, acting as the first line of support for healthcare professionals. You’ll become a true product expert – guiding users through features, resolving queries, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure the platform delivers maximum impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for doctors, clinicians, and GP staff using the platform
  • Diagnose and resolve product usability queries, escalating technical issues where needed
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve workflows and user experience
  • Document solutions, contribute to knowledge base content, and support continuous improvement of support processes
  • Provide empathetic, clear communication to healthcare users under time-sensitive conditions

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-4 years’ experience in SaaS support, product specialist, or customer success roles (HealthTech or NHS experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, “product-minded” approach
  • Empathy, curiosity, and excellent communication skills – able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Salesforce, Intercom or Zendesk
  • Passion for healthcare and improving the way clinicians and patients experience technology

Key Details

  • Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
  • Location: London (on-site)
  • Schedule: 4-day working week, 28 hours (shift-based)
