Omnis Partners is supporting a high-growth HealthTech scale-up that is transforming how primary care technology is delivered in the UK. Backed by NHS approval and a clear mission, this team is building a modern, enterprise-grade system that will reshape the way millions of patients interact with frontline healthcare.

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their product team. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product, engineering, and NHS stakeholders, translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into actionable solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Translate API specifications, NHS mandates, and data flow requirements into engineering-ready documentation.
  • Work closely with engineers, QA, and product managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Own and maintain product and regulatory documentation across compliance and assurance work.
  • Represent the company on calls with NHS stakeholders, bridging policy and technical implementation.
  • Support discovery for new product features and compliance initiatives, clarifying risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure high standards of documentation and consistency across the product team.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
  • Proven ability with API specs, data migrations, and system integrations (e.g. Postman, SQL familiarity, or similar).
  • Skilled at writing clear, structured requirements for engineering teams.
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers and data engineers day-to-day.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-driven, and confident working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Healthcare experience is not essential, but a genuine interest in mission-led work will go a long way.

Why join?

  • Be part of a once-in-a-generation transformation of UK healthcare technology.
  • Join a mission-driven, collaborative team with strong growth plans.
  • Enjoy a 4-day working week (28 hours) with a full-time salary.
  • Work face-to-face with your team in a modern central London office (4 days onsite).

Key Details

  • Location: London
  • Working Pattern: 4 days onsite (28 hours, full-time salary)
  • Salary: £65,000 – £80,000
