Omnis Partners is working with a high-impact Data & AI technology consultancy to find a Snowflake Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced data professional to shape and drive a leading-edge cloud data strategy for enterprise clients, working with Snowflake at scale.

About the Role

As the Snowflake CoE Lead, you will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of Snowflake initiatives across multiple client engagements. You will serve as the technical and strategic authority on Snowflake, guiding best practices, driving adoption, and enabling teams to deliver scalable, high-performing data solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with client-facing influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Snowflake Centre of Excellence, setting standards for architecture, development, and deployment.
• Partner with enterprise clients to design and implement scalable, cloud-native data platforms.
• Influence and shape data strategy, governance, and best practices across multiple engagements.
• Provide hands-on support for complex Snowflake solutions, including performance optimization, data modelling, and automation.
• Mentor and grow internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and capability building.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging Snowflake features, cloud data trends, and modern analytics technologies.

Skills & Experience

• Deep technical expertise in Snowflake and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience leading data engineering or analytics teams in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
