Lead Product Analyst

Omnis Partners is working with a fast-growing, data-driven scale-up to recruit a Lead / Principal Product Analyst to join their London-based product team. This is a high-impact, mission-critical hire where analytics will shape product strategy, customer experience, and business growth.

The Role

The Lead / Principal Product Analyst will:

• Lead analytics projects across product, marketing, and commercial teams
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that improve conversion, retention, and customer experience
• Build and optimise analytics foundations, including event tracking, segmentation, funnel analysis, and experimentation
• Support strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations across the business

About You

• Expert in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics, FullStory)
• Strong business and commercial acumen; able to connect analytics to operational impact
• Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your work has immediate impact
