Senior Product Manager – AI

Location: Hybrid – Central London (1 day/week onsite in London).

Start: 8th December- Until end of May.

IR35: Outside IR35 – rate depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery of a suite of AI product initiatives for a major financial services client. Sitting within a high-performing cross-functional delivery team (5–6 people), you will drive product vision, prioritisation, execution and delivery across several AI workstreams.

This is a highly client-facing role where you will be the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, shaping direction, managing expectations and ensuring a smooth and successful delivery of product outcomes. You will be accountable for the quality, clarity and impact of the AI products delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing product activities, including user sessions, prototyping workshops, product steering committees and stakeholder reviews.
• Shape and refine product vision, roadmaps and priorities in close alignment with client needs and business outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of AI product development.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities across a multidisciplinary team (data scientists, ML engineers, designers, delivery managers etc.).
• Guide product direction with an understanding of AI capabilities.

Skills & Experience

• Significant product management experience.
• Professional services or consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering digital or data-driven products.
• Experience with AI or data products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Strong organisational and planning ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
