We’re working with an insurance client looking for a Forward Deployed ML / Applied AI Engineer to help take agentic and LLM-based solutions from prototype through to production. This role sits at the intersection of Applied AI, MLOps, and Architecture, working on an agentic pricing system.
The Role
Embed with an insurance client to deliver production-grade agentic AI pricing systems
Translate business problems into applied ML solutions
Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy models
Develop and deploy agentic AI workflows (RAG, orchestration, tool use)
Own MLOps and deployment: CI/CD, monitoring, model lifecycle management
Complement applied AI teams with strong engineering and architectural capability
Operate in a customer-facing, delivery-oriented role
What We’re Looking For
Senior ML / AI Engineer with real production experience
Experience deploying multimodal agentic solutions
Strong Python engineering background
Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and open-source models
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Solid MLOps / LLMOps experience
Azure experience preferred
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders in regulated environments
Able to operate autonomously in fast-moving delivery settings
