Senior Product Manager – AI & Cyber Resilience

Omnis Partners is supporting a fast-growing, PE-backed business operating across compliance, risk, cyber resilience, data protection and professional services.

The company is now investing in product management capability within a key business area focused on cyber resilience, data protection and information security. This is an opportunity for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to help shape customer-led product strategy, discovery, roadmap and proposition development in a business with strong growth ambitions.

The role

This is not a traditional “feature factory” Product Manager role.

The business combines expert-led services with technology, and is looking for someone who can help turn complex customer needs into clearer, more scalable product propositions.

You will work closely with the Product Director and partner with stakeholders across commercial, operations, SMEs, technology, marketing and customer-facing teams.

The focus will be on understanding customer problems, shaping the roadmap, identifying opportunities for better outcomes, and exploring where AI and technology can add meaningful value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and shape product roadmap activity across cyber resilience, data protection and information security services.
• Lead product discovery to understand customer needs, pain points and commercial opportunities.
• Work with internal experts, commercial teams and technology stakeholders to define product priorities.
• Support proposition development, go-to-market thinking and customer value messaging.
• Use market insight, competitor analysis and customer feedback to inform product direction.
• Help build product management capability in a growing, low-maturity product environment.
• Identify where AI, automation and technology can improve customer outcomes, not just internal efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Lead or strong Product Owner with genuine product ownership.
• B2B product experience, ideally within SaaS, compliance, risk, cyber, data protection, legal tech, HR tech, financial services, RegTech or regulated environments.
• Strong discovery, roadmap and stakeholder management experience.
• Comfort working in a services-led or expert-led business where product management is still being developed.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, revenue, retention or operational impact.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, SMEs, sales, marketing, operations and engineering.
• AI literacy or curiosity would be useful, but deep AI or machine learning experience is not required.
