Omnis Partners is partnering with a leading Data and AI consultancy to recruit an AI Systems Architect to join their fast-growing delivery and innovation team. This is a rare opportunity to lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, and AI orchestration frameworks in client-facing and internal projects.
About the Role:
As an AI Systems Architect, you will:
- Act as the technical authority on AI architecture and agentic AI systems.
- Design and integrate AI systems with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Guide solution design, pre-sales proposals, and technical workshops.
- Mentor junior team members and develop internal AI training curricula.
- Ensure AI systems follow ethical, regulatory, and security standards.
- Drive innovation in LLMs, reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, and CrewAI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define best practices for scalable, reliable, and secure AI systems.
- Lead technical reviews and integrate emerging AI technologies into client solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and industry events.
- Collaborate with technology partners like Microsoft, Databricks, and others.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production.
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, multi-agent systems, and simulation environments.
- Systems thinking: designing complex, distributed AI systems.
- Proficient in Python; cloud deployment experience and Infrastructure as Code desirable.
- Experience in technical leadership in consultancy or product-led environments.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Agents.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or Software Engineering.
