About the Role

As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you’ll design and run the core AI platform powering LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI solutions across the business:

• Build APIs, SDKs, and tooling for teams to consume AI capabilities at scale.
• Orchestrate multi-model, multi-service AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
• Implement vector search and retrieval systems supporting RAG and knowledge integration.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and guardrails to ensure safe, compliant AI deployments.
• Automate infrastructure and model deployment with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to embed responsible AI practices.

What You Bring

• Strong software or platform engineering experience (Python, Go, Java, or .NET).
• Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (GCP preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, service mesh, and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Vertex Vector Search).
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI infra tools (MLflow, VertexAI, Ollama, OpenRouter).
• Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code skills.
• Understanding of AI governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to balance rapid experimentation with production-ready robustness.
