The Company

You’ll join a fast-scaling, product-first technology company building core software systems for complex, high-stakes enterprise use cases. Following a major Series A raise, the focus is now on assembling a small, exceptional engineering group to own critical systems end-to-end.

This is not speculative R&D or internal tooling. This is real software powering real customers, under real constraints, performance, reliability, security, and scale all matter.

The Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience across modern frontend, backend systems, and production infrastructure. You’ll work across the entire stack, partnering closely with founders and a small group of elite engineers to design, build, and scale mission-critical systems.

This role is best suited to engineers who want responsibility early, enjoy operating with ambiguity, and care deeply about the quality and impact of what they build.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and owning production-grade web applications using React and Next.js.
• Designing and developing backend services and APIs (Python strongly preferred).
• Working across databases, background workers, caching layers, and task queues.
• Contributing to infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system reliability.
• Making architectural decisions that directly affect customers and scale.
• Collaborating daily with founders on product, technical direction, and priorities.
• Helping set engineering standards and mentoring less experienced developers.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven production experience with React and Next.js.
• Strong backend development skills (Python preferred; other languages welcome).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with background workers and task queues (e.g. Celery, RQ).
• Experience using Redis for caching, pub/sub, or job queues.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working across the stack, not siloed into one layer.
• Strong problem-solving ability and high personal engineering standards.
