Omnis Partners is partnering with a fast-growing AI start-up that helps enterprises turn AI ambition into production-ready AI solutions. They are building a platform that enables businesses to discover, assemble, and deploy AI agents securely and at scale.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product work on a TypeScript/React frontend and Python backend services. You’ll help drive the platform forward, making it faster, clearer, and more reliable, while shaping technical patterns and mentoring other engineers.

What you’ll do:

• Own product slices end-to-end: UX, APIs, data models, persistence, and integrations
• Lead technical design, propose trade-offs, and set scalable patterns
• Build fast, robust, and high-quality UX for AI-assisted workflows
• Develop Python backend services (FastAPI or similar) with strong operational readiness
• Improve engineering quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and pragmatic refactors
• Mentor and unblock other engineers through pairing, coaching, and code reviews

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience shipping production web applications as a full stack engineer
• Strong TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) with polished UX delivery
• Experienced in Python backend (FastAPI or similar), async/concurrency, and operational readiness
• Solid database fundamentals (Postgres), data modeling, migrations, and query optimisation
• SaaS experience with authentication & permissions (OIDC/OAuth, JWT, RBAC/ABAC)
• Hands-on with AI agent coding workflows, applied AI architecture, LLM interactions, streaming data, and vector databases
• Product mindset: able to turn ambiguity into focused, high-quality iterations
• Strong communication and collaboration across Product, Design, AI/ML, and Platform teams
