  • Native Dutch speaker required
  • Strong background in digital analytics for app and website measurement, delivering insights around user behaviour and UX, presenting recommendations on optimisation
  • Skilled in A/B testing to improve customer conversion
  • Strong technical skills with GA4, GTM & tools such as Optimizely or Hotjar.
  • Additional skills with Python, R, SQL and data visualisation tools such a Tableau or PowerBI strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze e-commerce data from multiple channels (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, CRM systems, etc.) to uncover insights that drive optimization.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide performance reports to internal teams and clients.
  • Conversion Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior to identify conversion barriers and recommend A/B tests and strategies to enhance user experience and sales performance.
  • Campaign Performance: Measure and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Help map customer journeys across different touchpoints to better understand pain points and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketers, web developers, and project managers to implement strategies based on insights.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Analytical Expertise: Proven experience in digital analysis within an e-commerce environment, with deep familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: A solid understanding of key e-commerce metrics, customer acquisition channels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders and make strategic recommendations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data accuracy and reporting. 

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and segmentation.
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment.
