A high-growth digital consumer brand is looking for a Head of Analytics to lead and rebuild a modern analytics function that directly shapes business performance.

This is both a leadership and transformation opportunity — perfect for someone who’s led teams before and thrives in environments where analytics is being repositioned as a true commercial partner to the business.

The role

You’ll take ownership of a multidisciplinary analytics team covering product, marketing, and commercial insights. Your focus will be to elevate the team’s analytical output, rebuild credibility across senior stakeholders, and ensure insights directly inform product, customer, and growth decisions.

Reporting into the Director of Product & Data, you’ll be a trusted strategic counterpart — helping to set direction for data-driven decision making across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts and data scientists spanning product, growth, and commercial analytics.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define and deliver the analytics roadmap.
  • Drive analytical rigour and storytelling that influences decision-making at board and leadership level.
  • Oversee experimentation and advanced modelling projects (LTV, next-best-action, customer retention).
  • Modernise BI and reporting, improving data trust and self-serve capabilities across the organisation.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading an analytics function in a fast-paced digital or consumer business.
  • A strategic, commercially-minded thinker who enjoys challenging assumptions and driving clarity from data.
  • Strong technical literacy — SQL, Looker (or equivalent), Python, and a strong grasp of experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing.
  • A collaborative leader able to inspire teams, manage managers, and partner effectively with Product, Data, and Commercial leaders.
