Omnis Partners is supporting a leading international organisation in recruiting an Interim Pricing Analyst – Customer. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for an experienced professional to shape customer strategy and pricing initiatives across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, implement, and optimise dynamic pricing models and ticket pricing strategies across territories.
  • Evaluate pricing effectiveness, monitor competitor pricing, and integrate insights into commercial strategy.
  • Manage ticketing master data within the ERP, including price card creation and data governance.
  • Develop advanced customer segmentations, predictive models, and personalisation strategies.
  • Design and analyse robust A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable insights on customer KPIs to commercial, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Integrate multiple data sources (web, e-commerce, POS, market research) to measure initiative incrementality.
  • Design scalable dashboards and reports across markets while accounting for local nuances.
  • Partner closely with retail pricing teams and contribute to cross-functional revenue growth projects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in pricing and customer analytics.

About You:

  • Proven experience in pricing analysis or data analytics, ideally within retail, leisure, or multi-market environments.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Experienced in customer analytics, CRM analysis, and predictive customer segmentations.
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and commercially focused.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
