Backed Founders · Serious Ambition

A company built to scale, with equity that genuinely matters.

The Company

You’ll join a fast-scaling, product-first technology company building enterprise-grade software systems. Following a major Series A raise, the company is now assembling a small, elite engineering team to own critical infrastructure, security, and DevOps systems end-to-end.

This is a highly technical, high-impact environment where infrastructure is central to platform performance, reliability, and compliance. Engineers work closely with founders and product teams, making key decisions that affect real customers at scale.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and security initiatives. You’ll ensure systems are reliable, cost-efficient, and audit-ready while empowering engineering teams to deliver quickly.

You’ll own end-to-end infrastructure, from CI/CD pipelines to monitoring, compliance, and cloud optimization, directly shaping the platform’s scalability and resilience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS a plus).
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and data services.
  • Lead observability initiatives: logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting frameworks.
  • Ensure security and compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and availability.
  • Drive internal operational excellence and infrastructure best practices.
  • Mentor and guide engineers on DevOps and infrastructure standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering experience.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of production infrastructure in high-growth or high-load environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and GitHub Actions.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation.
  • Solid understanding of networking, VPCs, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience managing production databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and blob storage.
  • Knowledge of observability frameworks, security best practices, and secrets management.
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

The Setup

This is a deliberately high-intensity environment:

  • 12 hours a day, 5 days per week, in the office.
  • Small, senior, high-performing engineering team.
  • Daily collaboration with founders.
  • No slow approvals, no hand-offs, full ownership of systems.

The goal is acceleration:

  • Faster decisions.
  • Faster feedback.
  • Faster platform growth.

If flexibility is your priority, this isn’t the role.
If ownership, progression, and building critical systems matter, it could be the perfect fit.

Why Apply

You’ll be joining at a moment where infrastructure and security decisions define the platform’s future. If you want to own systems end-to-end, solve high-stakes technical challenges, and work alongside exceptional engineers, this role is for you.

Apply if you’re ready to take responsibility for critical systems that support real-world, high-impact software.
