Omnis Partners is hiring for a Product-Led Growth Lead on behalf of a high-growth Series B B2B SaaS business.

This is a newly created contract role for a hands-on PLG specialist, Growth Product Lead or Product-Led Growth consultant who can help define and scale product-led growth across onboarding, activation, retention, lifecycle engagement, product usage and expansion.

The role would suit someone with strong experience across B2B SaaS growth, product-led growth strategy, growth product management, lifecycle growth, activation, retention, experimentation and in-product monetisation.

Role overview

The Product-Led Growth Lead will work across Product, Marketing, Commercial and Engineering to improve customer journeys, increase activation, reduce friction, improve retention and identify in-product upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

This is not a pure performance marketing, demand generation or GTM role. The business is looking for someone who can combine strategic PLG thinking with hands-on delivery across product journeys, data, customer behaviour and experimentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and improve product-led growth strategy across the customer lifecycle
  • Improve onboarding, activation and time-to-value for new customers
  • Build lifecycle journeys that support engagement, retention and expansion
  • Analyse product usage, customer behaviour and funnel performance
  • Develop customer segmentation, ICP and usage-based growth frameworks
  • Identify opportunities for in-product upsell and cross-sell
  • Design and run experiments across onboarding, lifecycle, retention and expansion
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Engineering and Data teams
  • Help build the foundations for a scalable product-led growth function

Experience required

  • Product-Led Growth, Growth Product, Product Marketing or Lifecycle Growth experience
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, activation, retention and customer lifecycle journeys
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, digital products or high-growth software businesses
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Experience using product data, customer insight and experimentation to drive growth
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commercial and Engineering
  • Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Experience with product usage metrics, funnel optimisation, customer segmentation or in-product growth
  • Previous contract, consulting or scale-up experience would be useful but is not essential

Contract details

  • Outside IR35 contract
  • £500-600 per day
  • London hybrid, 2 days per week
  • ASAP start
  • Potential to explore a permanent role longer term if it works well for both sides
