About the Role

Omnis Partners is exclusively partnering with a leading, mission-driven Healthtech in the UK.

Their trusted digital resource supports clinicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals nationwide by providing reliable, regulator-approved medicines information that directly improves patient safety and clinical decision-making.

As they continue to scale and modernise their technology stack, they are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with strong .Net, React and Microsoft Azure expertise to join their growing engineering function.

You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimising high-quality web applications that power critical healthcare information services used by thousands of professionals every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior .Net Developer you will:

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions using .NET (C#) and React.
  • Build clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Optimise performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
  • Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and best practices.
  • Help shape modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.

Tech Stack (You’ll be working with):

Essential:

  • .NET Core 6+ (C#) – expert level
  • React (expert level)
  • TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • ASP.NET Web API
  • Docker / containerisation
  • Azure (App Services and related services)
  • Entra ID / SSO
  • SQL Server & Entity Framework
  • Azure DevOps (Git, CI/CD pipelines)

Desirable:

  • Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
