In addition to his role as investor and chair at Omnis, Philip is a Partner at Key Capital Partners LLP, an institutionally backed private equity fund manager backing fast growing profitable businesses across all sectors.

Philip has completed several staffing related deals at Key including: Nurse Plus (healthcare services, sold to Sovereign Capital in 2014), and Sparta Global (hire, train and deploy IT services, sold to Inflexion in 2020). In addition to the investments made by Key, Philip has worked with and been an investor in three other international staffing businesses through to successful exit:

• James Harvard International, now Hays Pharma, sold to Hays plc in 2007;
• ProClinical, sold to Acacium Group in 2018; and
• Xcede, sold to Universal Partners in 2020.

William is one of Europes leading Data and Digital Recruitment leaders.
He has built and sold several recruitment companies, most recently to Private Equity. Subsequently leading a complete turnaround of the group.

Accolades include Sunday Times top 100, HSBC international growth, multiple recruitment industry awards.
William is now leading Omnis Partners to focus on the second data revolution and the explosion of investment in AI.

Kate is one of the UK’s most recognisable Data Recruitment Leaders, with nearly 20 years in industry. She has an in-depth knowledge of her market, underpinned by an exceptional network of senior talent, in the Data Science & AI space.

During her career she has developed a market leading personal brand, consistently delivering meaningful content to her community and hosting events for some of the data and technology industry’s most revered executives.

Over the years, Kate has been retained on multiple senior level Data Leadership searches for global brands, as well as partnering with many PE and VC backed organisations to scale their data teams from the ground up.

She is highly consultative, a persuasive communicator and someone who prides themselves on delivering an exemplary customer experience.

Scott is one of the UK’s most trusted Product Recruiters. He has over a decade of experience partnering with start-ups, scale-ups and enterprises helping them attract and retain world-class product management talent.

Over the years, Scott has developed a deep yet carefully curated network along with clearly demonstrating excellent knowledge of trends, market demands, and emerging technologies.

Scott’s dynamism, enthusiasm and transparency have proved invaluable to companies and candidates whilst navigating the competitive product hiring landscape.

An experienced Operations Manager with an extensive background including 12 years gained in a high growth digital recruitment business. Sam has a strong skill set in operational efficiency, compliance, process improvement and HR support. Returning from a 5 year career break to raise her two girls Sam supports Omnis in all our operational processes, including Legal compliance, financial Management, systems management and operational efficiency.
In her previous roles she has helped to achieve accolades and awards relating to operational excellence.
