Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions that deliver measurable business value.

This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity for a data scientist who thrives on solving complex problems, driving innovation, and translating data into strategic insights that influence global business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Exploration & Feature Engineering:  Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), identify patterns, and build high-value features from large datasets.

Machine Learning & Statistical Modelling: Develop predictive models using classical ML (regression, clustering, forecasting) and modern algorithms such as XGBoost and LightGBM.

AI & Deep Learning Applications: Design AI solutions across computer vision, NLP, and generative AI, leveraging frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

MLOps & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker Pipelines; deploy scalable models and monitor production performance.

Business Insights & Strategy: Communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders, driving data-informed strategy and measurable business impact.

Ethical AI & Governance: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical AI practices, including fairness, explainability (using SHAP, LIME), and GDPR compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas), with working knowledge of R and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks: Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
  • Cloud & Big Data platforms: Databricks, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases).
  • Understanding of data pipeline architecture, scalability, and cloud-native AI environments.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a strategic and innovative mindset.
