The Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, production-ready AI systems. You’ll operate in a client-facing capacity, combining deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver impactful solutions.

This is a hands-on role with significant influence over architecture, engineering standards, and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical scoping and architecture for complex ML systems
  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning solutions
  • Develop scalable ML infrastructure and tooling
  • Establish best practices for deploying and managing ML systems at scale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and product
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating technical concepts into business value
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

Technical Skills:

  • Strong Python engineering skills with a focus on building robust, scalable systems
  • Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments

Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering production ML systems end-to-end
  • Strong background in software engineering and system design
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth or consulting environments
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring or leading engineers is highly desirable
